Designation :DGM Electrical Engineering

Reports to : VP Engineering

Location : Gurgaon


We are looking for Electrical Lead who is predominantly exposed to Electrical Design Engineering for Solar projects/Green Ammonia Projects or both(preferred) and should have experience of leading a team of 4 to 5 members. Electrical designing must include both AC & DC designing.


Overall responsible for Concept to commissioning for design, engineering and Execution of Green Ammonia projects. Responsible to design & execute all electrical related activities of the Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia & Hydrogen Derivative Process plant.


Design and execution activities covering- Field, electrical substation, and control room electrical items (motors, transformers, switchgears, Switchyards, EDG, panels, cables, bulks etc) installation, cable laying, termination panels erection and installation etc. Coordination among different discipline etc. Experience of handling HV and LV electrical items in substations.

Knowledge and Experience in Renewable Energy Modelling for Green Hydrogen/Ammonia projects achieving plant yield with Various power mix is desirable.


Qualifications & Experience Requirements

20+ year of total experience in Electrical Engineering/Execution of the EPC projects in process industries preferably, chemical plants (ammonia/urea), petrochemical and refineries

M.Tech./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT/NIT or reputed institutes.


Complete project cycle experience of process plant EXECUTION

Current position should be in Leadership role

Strong learning focus, creativity, and persistence. Natural tendency to explore new possibilities and apply skills to solve unique and complex multi-disciplinary problems.

Knowledge of various relevant electrolysis technologies and Knowledge of Power to Products supply chains

Motivated to learn and master new fields of technology.

Demonstrated commitment to HSSE and proven leadership in HSSE

Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and experts on a working level.

Capable of effective and impactful communications across topics, audiences, and formats at a working level

Balancing different views and getting people to work together effectively virtually.

Proven experience in electrical power engineering in a design function within the process design industry

Knowledge of International & local codes and standards.
