Role Description

The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing brand strategies, conducting market research and analysis, developing brand guidelines, overseeing advertising and promotional activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement comprehensive brand strategies for offline marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all offline channels.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities, including banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and more.
  • Conduct regular meetings and telephonic conversations to present the company and its services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Establish project plans using the company’s defined workflow and best practices.
  • Ensure suitable solutions and sensible deadlines for project completion.
  • Handle purchase orders and requirements to meet deadlines.
  • Develop offline marketing strategies for print media, publications, TV, and radio advertisements.
  • Provide briefs to the team of writers and designers.
  • Maintain smooth communication between clients, team members, and management.
  • Ensure timely project delivery and conduct monthly reviews with clients through presentations and reports.
  • Conduct review discussions to highlight work progress, activities, blockages, and issues.
  • Pitch for new business, retention, renewals, and references from clients (upselling).
  • Coordinate with clients and in-house accounts department for timely invoicing and billing.
  • Analyze the status, quality, and quantity of efforts, resources, and creatives before client delivery.
  • Act as the point of contact for the team for clearances, support, and briefings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand management with a strong understanding of offline advertisement mediums (banners, brochures, flyers, standees, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
  • Effective communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive offline marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in project planning and execution using defined workflows and best practices.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to pitch for new business and manage client retention and renewals.
  • Familiarity with print media, publications, TV, and radio advertisement strategies.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Brand Management or Marketing.
  • Experience working in a branding agency or similar environment.

Working Conditions

  • On-site work based in Delhi, India.
  • May require occasional travel for client meetings and project management.
