Your role as Jewellery Designer will be to understand, absorb and execute the design vision of IshqME. You will be expected to get into the IshqME woman's psyche and develop a range of accessories that our target segment will desire. You should understand accessory design, particularly jewellry design and consumer preferences


What do we expect you to do?


• Work with the Creative director of the IshqME brand and execute the vision by creating unique accessory designs

• Complete all Tech packs with full technical specifications and work with the sourcing team to execute the design vision to life.

• Be curious all the time and help the brand stay ahead of the curve by researching the market and consumer trends. Understand the sales numbers and work accordingly to push out more successful inventory

• Study market competition and trends from benchmarked international and domestic brands. You will be expected to make competition analysis presentations periodically.

• Develop and source a library of new materials and techniques for accessories on a regular basis.

• Communicate and collaborate with the supply partner team to support supply partners for on-time production.

Desired Experience and Skills Education


Graduate/Post Graduate in Accessory Design from a reputed institution.

Years of Experience: 3+ years

Should have :

  • A strong understanding of jewellery design and consumer preferences.
  • Ability to map Fashion trends and have broad knowledge about changing market trends in accessories.
  • Put the customer and team ahead of herself/himself
  • Understand and appreciate the business side of things and contribute to the growth
  • Technical knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to design as per budget without compromising on quality.
  • Ability to make graphics for surface detail and design.
  • A good capability with technological tools such as CAD, Photoshop, etc.
