As a Diamond QC Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and authenticity of diamonds in our inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diamond Quality Control**:

- Inspect diamonds for clarity, color, cut, and carat weight.
- Identify and report any defects, irregularities, or discrepancies in diamond quality.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of diamond inventory and quality assessments.
- Generate reports on the quality status of diamonds in the inventory.
- **Training and Skill Development**:

- Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of diamonds and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop a deep understanding of the industry.
- **Cross-Departmental Training**:

- Participate in training sessions for various departments within the organization.
- Based on performance, individuals may be assigned to different departments that align with their skills and interests.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the jewelry back office team to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Gemology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for jewelry and diamonds.
- Two-year bond commitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to undergo training for various departments within the organization.
