This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle in fast-paced, growth-driven environments. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, data-driven, and experienced in streamlining user onboarding and driving key growth metrics such as MAU, DAU, app downloads, and page views. __ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ __ Key Responsibilities: ● Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: from problem identification and product strategy to roadmap planning and execution. ● Define and translate product vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes. ● Drive innovation by deeply understanding customer needs (both B2B and B2C), identifying product gaps, and launching features that improve user experience and grow revenue. ● Analyze competitor products to identify market opportunities and points of differentiation. ● Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-impact features and products. ● Work with Marketing and Sales to increase website traffic, qualified leads, and mobile app downloads. ● Support data-driven decision-making across the product team by collecting and analyzing relevant metrics. ● Ensure the right balance of resources and priorities across the product roadmap. ● Identify and implement improvements to the existing user experience and platform performance. __ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ __ Requirements: ● B.Tech/B.E + MBA from a reputed institution. ● 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on B2C digital products and mobile apps. ● Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams and deliver successful products to market. ● Proven experience in driving engagement and growth metrics such as DAU, MAU, app downloads, and page views. ● Hands-on experience with third-party marketing and analytics tools like Google AdWords, CleverTap, Branch, WhatsApp APIs, etc. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities. ● Familiarity with current digital product technologies; basic design skills are a plus. __ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ __ Preferred Qualities: ● Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action. ● Passion for creating exceptional user experiences. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
