Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at ReadyAssist - 24/7 Roadside Assistance. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. If you are a fresher with less than 1 year of experience and have a passion for helping customers, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chatAssist customers with booking roadside assistance services and resolving service-related issuesEnsure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing appropriate solutionsMaintain a high level of knowledge about our services and company policies to effectively support customersCollaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalationsDocument customer interactions, feedback, and complaints to facilitate continuous improvementFollow up with customers to ensure proper resolution and satisfactionMeet or exceed individual and team performance goals and targets
