You will be responsible for creating usable, aesthetic and impactful designs for our portfolio of workflow products as an individual contributor. This role requires deep user empathy, cross-functional collaboration skills and a strong grasp of both design principles and product strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment and brings experience from B2 B, healthcare or AI-driven products.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTranslate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs for a suite of solutionsGather actionable insights through on-ground user research, including observational studies, user interviews, prototyping etc.Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D and other teams to align on product goals and roadmapAdvocate for and embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycleSupport the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisionsLeverage insights from qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product valueFind opportunities to continuously innovate and improve on user experience with an experimental and iterative approachSkills & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fieldsExperience working in a fast-paced startup environmentExpertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practicesStrong collaboration, communication and presentation skillsSound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product contextProven experience with on-ground user research methods and fieldworkAt Qure.aiYou will be part of a rapidly growing organization, with an opportunity to work alongside the best minds in the industry.
