Job Summary:KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Sales Operations support to the Datacom business verticals which includes the following (25% of time):Perform sales data analysis and periodically report on performance across geography, product, customer and sales team performanceMonitor and report on Pipeline and Revenue performanceTrack NPI (new product introduction) performanceSupport the business on the annual LRP exerciseFor all the 3 businesses of Mobility, Medical and Datacom, provide the following support (15% of time)Propose targets and monitor performance of the sales teamMonthly performance reportingMake enhancements to the existing dashboards, and define new reports that provide insights on business performance that align with periodic (a) Sales analysis and (b) Stakeholder Reporting that is requiredAnalyze industry trends and put together concise summaries each month for Mobility and Datacom businesses leveraging tools such as Chat GPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot (10% of time)Support the periodic reporting that is required to the Board, Steering Committee, Townhalls and External presentations (compelling slide decks) (50% of time)Establish standard templates & presentation formats that should be used .Define information & data inputs required from the functional teams & collate the inputsSupport the functional teams in creating compelling slidesPut together standard slides for the Board, Steering Committee and Townhalls each time.Has Sales Operations experience – Pipeline analysis, Performance management, Business reportingFamiliar with Dashboards/Business analysis, is able to understand the overall business and work out enhancements to existing dashboards, and propose new dashboards that will help track business performance smartlyGood at putting together PowerPoint slides. We have a lot of reporting internally as well as externally to the Board. I need someone who has good PowerPoint skills who can put together compelling slides
Skills/ Competency Required:Proficiency in data mining and data modelling proceduresStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends.Highly developed attention to detailAbility to put together visually attractive PowerPoint presentationsWorking knowledge of CRMKnowledge of the Automotive industry a plusStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills as it requires interfacing with individuals globallyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field10+ years of experience as an analyst
