Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and maintain IT Service Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You‿ll play a key role in automating workflows, enhancing service delivery, and integrating systems to support enterprise IT operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge ManagementCustomize workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, UI policies, and notificationsImplement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsMaintain platform health through upgrades, patching, and performance tuningCreate and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizationsEnsure compliance with ITIL standards and security best practicesProvide technical support and troubleshoot ServiceNow related issuesRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of hands on experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworkProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scriptingExperience with ServiceNow APIs and integration techniquesFamiliarity with Service Portal, UI/UX customization, and reporting toolsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM Implementation Specialist) preferredEducationBachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
