Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and maintain IT Service Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You‿ll play a key role in automating workflows, enhancing service delivery, and integrating systems to support enterprise IT operations.Key Responsibilities- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management- Customize workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, UI policies, and notifications- Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Maintain platform health through upgrades, patching, and performance tuning- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and security best practices- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ServiceNow related issuesRequired Skills & Experience- 3+ years of hands on experience in ServiceNow development- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting- Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration techniques- Familiarity with Service Portal, UI/UX customization, and reporting tools- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM Implementation Specialist) preferredEducation- Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
