Job Description :


Responsibilities :

1. Application Development :


- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based software applications, following best practices and industry standards.


- Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and ensure proper integration of application components.

2. Technical Leadership :


- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.


- Lead code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive the adoption of best coding practices within the development team.

3. System Design and Architecture :


- Contribute to the architectural design and development of robust and scalable software systems.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and propose innovative solutions.

4. Problem Solving :


- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot system failures, and identify areas of improvement.


- Apply a systematic approach to problem-solving, ensuring software quality and performance optimization.

5. Collaboration and Communication :


- Collaborate effectively with team members, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver projects within established timelines.


- Clearly communicate technical concepts, project progress, and potential risks to ensure alignment and transparency.

6. Research and Innovation :


- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Java development.


- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes and improve software quality.

7. Documentation :


- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, system diagrams, and project-related documentation.


- Ensure the availability of comprehensive documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements :

- Professional Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer, with a proven track record of delivering complex Java-based software projects.

- Java Expertise : Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Springboot Spring, Hibernate). Deep understanding of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and software development best practices. Should have worked on Kafka Docker, Tomcat, Webphere/ Weblogic/ Jboss

- System Architecture : Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software systems. Proficiency in system architecture, including microservices, APIs, and database design.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to address issues during development and in production environments.

- Collaboration and Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Degree : A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
