Senior 3D Designer

We have an exciting role of 3D - Senior Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/ Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore/Mumbai

This may be the right role for you if you have


  • Fully proficient in 3D software – Cinema 4D
  • Fully proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign and advanced Photoshop skills.
  • Relevant design experience in creating design for shopper and experiential projects.
  • Ability to show stylistic versatility and attention to detail, design excellence and good commercial understanding.
  • Be able to produce finished visuals to a high standard.
  • Extensive design experience and an excellent understanding of delivering exciting and innovation design solutions for retail, POS, experiential and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate the ability to model, texture and light POS and retail environments within the Cinema 4D application.
  • To be able to create slick visuals within Cinema 4D to showcase retail and POS solutions or create elements that can be used within campaign key visuals.
  • Should be versatile and proficient in both Cinema 4D and Adobe Photoshop and use these programmes alongside one another. Using Photoshop where necessary to either enhance visuals or to apply relevant graphics.
  • Be able to take a conceptual design brief and ideate strong graphic design solutions and then bring these to life by creating 3D models from scratch.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of graphic design with regards layout and messaging hierarchy as well as have a 3D spatial awareness, understanding sizing, dimensions and how consumers would interact with the design or environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to offer account teams advice on render timings.
  • Be able to render out high results assets when required for print campaigns
  • Produce solid graphic design solutions to design briefs within budgetary/timing constraints, following brand guideline
  • Take guidance and direction from Seniors to ensure correct development of briefs and growth within role.
  • Be able to work alongside Art Directors and Copywriters, appreciate that different skill sets bring different qualities to the work and understand that working as a team will produce the best results.
