Job Description:

As a 3D Designer at Ctruh, you will play a pivotal role in designing, modeling, and animating 3D assets for a variety of projects, including but not limited to gaming, advertising, architectural visualization, and product design. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create visually stunning and immersive experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modeling and Texturing: Create high-quality 3D models and textures for use in various applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Animation: Develop animations and interactive sequences to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of 3D assets.
  • Conceptualization: Interpret and transform creative concepts into tangible 3D designs, taking into consideration project objectives and constraints.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as Blender and Adobe Creative Suite to produce exceptional 3D content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with artists, designers, and developers to ensure that 3D assets integrate seamlessly with the overall project.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and find solutions for technical and creative challenges to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all 3D assets are optimized for their intended platforms and use cases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D design work and animations.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and animation software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, composition, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate your creative ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in 3D design.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Blender is a must.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR development.
  • Knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, programming language would be a bonus.
