Key Drivers: Lead & Manage full life cycle of the hiring process, including interview and offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing positions across multiple metro/semi-metro and Tier 1 locations in South Zone. Use psychometric tools for improving the quality of hire. Create recruitment strategies executing tactical sourcing techniques and hiring campaigns for Employer Branding across various platforms -Naukri, ,Social Media platforms,Job Fairs etc. Embrace employee referrals and build internal partnerships to foster quality referrals to feed talent pipelines for open positions across multiple functions. Use campus hiring from hospitality institutes including bulk hiring. Create recruitment dashboards periodically for monitoring open position,cost of hiring etc at various locations Stakeholder and Cross-function management Incumbent Profile: Experienced Recruitment Manager with high voltage hiring capability of leading multi-location hiring including niche and bulk hiring. Capability to relate with Operations,Sales and Management. Hospitality/QSR exposure is preferred.
