Part of the renowned Israeli hospitality chain, Dan Hotels, it blends modern comfort with luxurious amenities, including standout dining options like Layla Rooftop Mediterranean Restaurant, The Creek, and high-energy spaces like The Nest. The Den is a destination for Eat, Work, Sleep, and Play, offering guests a unique experience with facilities such as a spa, gym, and wellness center. It sets itself apart through stylish elegance that caters to both modern globetrotters and traditional travelers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Restaurant Manager at The Den. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction in the dining areas. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing scheduling and hiring processes, monitoring food and beverage quality, maintaining health and safety standards, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The role requires strong leadership to maintain the seamless operation of the restaurants, bars, lounges, and other dining facilities within the property. Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction practices in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and standards. Effective Communication skills including verbal and written proficiency, along with interpersonal skills. Experience in Hiring and managing staff, including training and performance evaluations. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and attention to detail to uphold dining standards. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
