Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Responds to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various productoptions that are available. Document customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system. Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on customer issues in a fast-paced environment. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base. Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.Qualifications and skills Experienced having a bachelor’s degree in any field Min 1-3 years experience Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Added advantage of knowing other languages like Hindi, and Kannada. Good comprehension skills Good patience when dealing with difficult customers.
