Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.Qualifications and skills Experienced having a bachelor’s degree in any field Min 1-3 years experience Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Added advantage of knowing other languages like Hindi, and Kannada. Good comprehension skills Good patience when dealing with difficult customers.
