Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of AI engineers and researchers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

- Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and identify opportunities to apply them within the company.

- Evaluate the performance of AI models and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Lead the research and development of new AI algorithms, architectures, and techniques.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all AI projects.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the AI team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

- Proven experience 5+ years in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms in a production environment.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++; experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Excellent understanding of machine learning concepts such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of AI professionals.

- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, code reviews, and testing.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in Healthcare, Life Science and Fintech industry exposure or experience is a plus.
