Broad Scope of Job Responsibilities are:Responsible to manage profitability of Branch.Closely monitor revenue against cost and generate revenue through Equity/ TPP and any other new launch.Manage team of RM and ensure proper segregation of customers and active clients mapped to RMs.Increasing sales, reaching the targets and goals set for the area, Channel managementMonitor brokerage of the branch/dealer and income from other product.Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targetsManage the clients in the locality within the said radius.Handle overall branch operation, risk and administration related activitiesEnsure connectivity in the branch.Coordinating with research team for advice/review of portfolio for top customers on regular basis.Preferred candidate profileMust have handled a branch of 9 to 10 membersMust be a NISM 8 and 5A certifiedMust have knowledge about Equity, PMS, AIF, Insurance and other TPPMust be a graduate and also good in communication skills (preferrably English)
