Job Description

Role: Head of Partnership (Healthcare)

Join our team at ImpactGuru as a Partnership Head. We're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across India.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Manage and strengthen partnerships and accounts with healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and other service providers. 2. Identify and grow new accounts within existing channels. 3. Explore and establish new acquisition channels, particularly in pharmaceuticals and healthcare platforms. 4. Design and implement below-the-line (BTL) activities and brand activation efforts at B2B touchpoints. 5. Ensure inter-departmental collaboration, secure necessary approvals, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. 6. Maintain a strong focus on goals and effective decision-making to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skill Set : 1. 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the health technology sector. 2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data efficiently.
