Our comprehensive, high-impact managed learning solutions weave together the best of learning theory, technology, operations, and services to enable a thriving workforce.Link for our website: - is 1 year contract role with a possibility of conversion into permanent role based on performance.5 days WFO, Must be ok with Rotational shifts (including night shifts)Job ResponsibilitiesOrganize room configuration and ensure Health & Safety measures are in place.Verify IT equipment functionality before each session and act as a contact for troubleshooting during sessions.Maintain and tidy training rooms, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed.Order refreshments for the session from local facilities.Distribute training materials and allocate equipment like projectors and flipcharts.Ensure specific equipment is delivered to appropriate classrooms.Support room booking activities, including setting up video conferences and accessing classroom allocation systems.Handle access requests and security requirements for participants and trainers.Act as the main contact for training participants and instructors, assisting with guidance and issue resolution.Interface with IT, Facility Management, and other support functionsPrint and distribute attendance sheets, collect and scan them post-session.NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
