The Actimize Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Actimize applications to support the organization's compliance and risk management functions.

This role is essential in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Actimize platform in detecting and preventing financial crimes, contributing to the overall security and integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a part of the IT team to develop and contribute to initiatives that transform and modernize the capabilities and services of the compliance and AML functions.

- Work independently in application - Implement dashboards, workflows, reports, and DART views in the Actimize ERCM application.

- Work with Compliance to identify appropriate models to cover various scenarios and validate existing setups.

- Ensures adherence to Bank and information systems policies and procedures, security measures and audit standards.

- Prepare high-quality test plans and conduct the tests at Unit, Regression, Integration, and Code reviews.

- Contribute towards knowledge-sharing initiatives with other team members.

- Contribute to documentation of solutions and configurations of the developed AML Monitoring models in the Actimize application.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in banking IT, with a good understanding of corporate and institutional banking activity.

- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Correspondent banking is an asset.

- 5+ years of experience implementing leading solutions for use in KYC, OFAC, transaction monitoring, case management, trade surveillance, and workflow.

- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience driving Actimize implementations using SAM v3.x or 8.x / AIS / UDM / ERCM 5.x / DART / Multi-Tenancy & Multi-Currency.

- Actimize Suite (RCM Customization, AIS Modeler customization) Knowledge of RCM suite and AIS customization.

- Experience with UNIX commands.

- Proficiency in RCM Development Alert Types, Views, DART, Workflows, Administration, VFS, etc.

- Proficiency in AIS Development Flows, Channel, EPs, Active Tables and configurations .

- Proficiency with RCM Plugin Development & Actimize scheduler Strong understanding of Windows & Linux infrastructure.

- Strong Database skills, including SQL, procedures and query tuning; Design design concepts; OO; and Functional Development concepts Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge and understanding of jReport and DART Reporting.

- Good Understanding & experience with implementing ERCM Workbench, Work Items, Cases, Roles and Permissions, and Alert Ingestion Process.

- Should have strong database skills: SQL Server (and/or) Oracle.

- Experience on migration projects (AIS and RCM migration).

- Experience with installing RCM and web applications along with Java, Javascript and web services.

- Good knowledge and understanding of Windows Batch or PowerShell scripting.

- Good knowledge of systems, application frameworks, database optimization, and experience being responsible for the success of software development projects.

- Proven record of interpreting and fulfilling requirements by developing high-performing, scalable and maintainable solutions with multiple technologies.

- Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies and best practices, including Waterfall processes, Agile methodologies, deployment automation, code reviews, and test-driven development.

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills and Multi-tasking capabilities.
