This position reports to the CFO & reporting team size is 8 pax.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The Treasury Head will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's liquidity on a daily basis. This includes oversight of day-to-day cash flow planning, fund management, banking relationships, investments, and ensuring adequate liquidity for operations while maximizing return on idle funds.
2. Deal with RBI and SEBI
3. Valuation/Title Clearance Report of Properties
4. ROC Charge/Documentation
5. Review/Management Meeting Member
6. Additional Duties - such as

• Bank account openings of various companies as a when required.

• Managing the Insurance portfolio related Property/Stock and Marine insurance of the company.

• Arranging and following up for investments/mutual funds and LIC.

• Preparing details and following up for corporate credit cards Limits.
