This leadership role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with 8–10 years of solid experience in managing Direct & Indirect Taxes, Transfer Pricing, and Treasury functions in a fast-paced business environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Be the SPOC for all tax-related communications with authorities, consultants & internal teams

Ensure PAN India tax compliance – both Direct & Indirect

Handle Transfer Pricing strategies, audits & litigation

Manage tax assessments, disputes & associated risks

Lead treasury functions – daily cash flow, liquidity, and bank relationships

Contribute to ERP/tax automation & process improvements

Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

8–10 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws & treasury operations

Experience in handling multi-location or retail/F&B business is a plus

Excellent communication, risk management & leadership skills

Location: Mumbai – Regional Support Centre

Reports to: Finance Controller
