Client is a distinguished advisory firm specializing in fundraising, M&A, and secondary stake sale services for new-age technology-driven businesses. They collaborate with leading PE and VC clients across various funding stages, fostering long-term relationships till the pre-IPO stage.

Job Description

* Deal Execution: Lead and support the execution of sector-agnostic M&A and fundraising transactions from inception to closure.
* Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modelling and valuation, to ensure comprehensive understanding and decision-making.
* Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including early-stage, pre-series, Series A, B, C, up to pre-IPO, angel investors, and tech founders.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Partners, Principals, VPs, and other team members to contribute to the success of the team and projects.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights

The Successful Applicant

* 3-5 years of front-end Investment Banking experience.
* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
* Proven deal exposure and ability to navigate complex transactions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
