Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Junior Merchandiser (Female) to join our team in Noida Sector-88. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the textile or apparel industry and possess strong skills in client handling and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with clients for order inquiries, sampling, and production updates
  • Assist senior merchandisers in handling day-to-day merchandising activities
  • Monitor production timelines to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, design, and quality control
  • Follow up on sampling, costing, and approvals from clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and support in expanding the client base
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to merchandising processes

Required Skills:

  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in business development or client servicing in the textile sector
  • Understanding of fabric types, garment production processes, and quality standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
