Role: Business Development Associate - US
Location: HSR Layout, Sector 1 (Bangalore)
Shift: 9 PM - 7 AM ( Night Shift)
CTC: ₹4.6 LPA+uncapped incentives
Dinner and Breakfast will be provided
Languages: Fluent in English Communication (Mandatory) + Hindi (Conversational)
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 – 2 years of experience in sales/business development are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage and nurture potential clients via calls, emails, and personalized messaging.
● Conduct product demonstrations for prospective US clients and partners.
● Maintain accurate records in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies and achieve US-specific targets.
● Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for process improvement.
● Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the US education sector.
● Stay updated on EdTech trends and customer needs in the US market
