Title: Manager /Sr.Manager-2 Business Unit: Sun Global Operations Job Grade G 9B Location : Guwahati Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibility: 1.Overseeing the Entire OSD & NOSD Functions of Plant. 2.Co-ordination with Production & Project Personal, Contractors and Machine Manufacturers to Sort out Machine related problems, Major or Minor Modifications for Smooth running of Process. 3. Tracking & Maintaining the critical spares required for Preventive & routine Maintenance. 4. To facilitate safety in working Environment by implementing EHS policies. 5.Responsible for Sourcing of Machine, Tooling, Consumable pats and related service and interacting with user departments for Analyzing the required materials. 6.Facing customer audits and taking corrective actions as per Audit requirements. 7.Preparing reports on maintenance performance & technical data of various Equipment’s, spare parts, Labour and Machines for Resources planning, Budgeting, scheduling and Executing Operation and Preventive Maintenance Activities. 8.Executing cost & Energy savings Techniques and Modification to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget. 9.Ensure the timely validation and qualification of Electrical Systems and Control Devices as per SOP’s 10.Co-ordinating with the Vendors for Arranging Suppliers as per Schedules and Inventory Management. 11.Procurment, Inspection(FAT), Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance of plant Machineries. 12.Preparation, Planning and Monitoring of Running Projects 13.Installation & commissioning of the Plant Machinery as per Drawing/Layout. 14.Provide Training to Engineering Team to Improve Job Efficiency and Enhance Work Quality in the Work Place. 15.Follow GEP in daily work culture in build enhance performance and efficiency of equipment, system and organization. 16.Overseeing the project of OSD, Parenteral, SH, Warehouse & engineering Utility. 17.Ensure uninterrupted utility supply (raw steam, portable water, Chilled water, warm water, Compressed air, Nitrogen gas) for OSD and NOSD production. 18.Planning various maintenance schedules and lead the team to ensure implementation of schedule for improving the overall reliability of Equipment’s of Equipment’s in Response for GMP compliance of utility Operation. Secondary responsibility: - 19. Planning various maintenance schedules and lead the Team to ensure Implementation of schedule for improving the overall reliability of Equipment’s. Ensure that equipment is in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities during process. 20.Approve GRN 21.Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiency and making necessary recommendations. 22.provide safe working environment for staff & systems with zero accident. 23.Ensure utility operation are in safe mode, efficient and economical manner. 24.Any other works assigned by HOD.
