HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to selection.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and attendance management.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.

3. Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle payroll inputs, documentation, and statutory compliance.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.

4. Executive Support

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Prior experience in HR operations or recruitment is preferred.
