Job Summary :As a Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN), you will be at the forefront of our web development team, leading thecharge in creating and implementing cutting-edge applications using the MERN stack. You will beresponsible for mentoring team members, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust software solutionsthat meet our business goals.Roles and responsibilities: Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined byadherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. Responsible for key technical and product decisions. The candidate should be hands-on in codingWork closely with the Product Manager and clients andhelp them in getting relevant inputs from the engineering team. Talk to the management, production, and marketing employees to discuss project specifications andprocedures. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integrationof technical activities. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Manage the context in which team members operate, including Representing the team in planningmeetings. Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of the challenges and opportunities your team is facingbuilding and deploying software. Participate in the hiring and onboarding of engineers. Oversee the design and development of web applications using the MERN stack. Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirementsSkills Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as a full stack developer with a focus on the MERN stack. Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
