We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele caller to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and assisting prospective clients with immigration and visa-related information. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into consultations and guiding clients toward the appropriate immigration pathways.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule consultations.Respond to inbound inquiries related to visa processes, eligibility, and documentation.Explain immigration services and visa options based on client profiles (., student, work, PR, tourist visas).Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into appointments.Maintain and update client database and records accurately.Coordinate with counselors and documentation teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.12 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in immigration, overseas education, or travel consultancy.Strong communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.Knowledge of immigration procedures and documentation is an advantage.Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).Preferred Skills:Familiarity with immigration systems for countries like Canada, Australia, USA, UK, etc.Goal-oriented and self-motivated.Ability to handle objections and stress in a target-driven environment.Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Working Hours:Monday to Saturday, 9:00AM to 5:00 PM)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 12, - 40, per monthLanguage:Hindi (Preferred)Experience 0 - 3 Years No. of Openings 30 Education Higher Secondary Role Tele Caller Industry Type Call Centre / BPO / KPO / ITES / LPO Gender Female Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office Face interview location E-287, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab
