Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Planning:Develop interior structural designs, create blueprints, and use CAD and BIM software for visual representations.
  • Client Consultation:Understand and translate client needs into practical design solutions, ensuring the space is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Material & Finishes Selection:Advise on and select appropriate interior materials, fixtures, furniture, and finishes.
  • Budget & Timeline Management:Determine project costs and set realistic timelines, managing budgets from start to finish.
  • Site Supervision & Inspection:Oversee on-site construction activities, conduct site inspections, and ensure work adheres to design specifications.
  • Coordination & Communication:Work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Compliance & Regulations:Ensure that all interior designs and construction comply with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve structural design issues that arise during the project.
  • Reporting & Documentation:Prepare technical reports, project updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
