Key Responsibilities: ✅ Drive end-to-end hiring for AR/RCM functions ✅ Focus on leadership and manager-level hiring within the US Healthcare domain ✅ Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in a competitive market ✅ Leverage a strong US Healthcare/RCM talent database for faster closures ✅ Partner closely with business leaders on strategic workforce needs ✨ What We’re Looking For: ???? 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with proven success in leadership & manager-level hiring ???? Hiring exposure in US Healthcare is a must ???? Strong background in hiring for RCM / AR / Medical Billing roles ???? Holds a strong database/network related to US Healthcare & RCM operations ???? Demonstrated experience in team leadership & individual contribution ???? Excellent stakeholder management & sourcing expertise ???? Self-driven, target-oriented, and delivery-focused ????
