Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven customer service experience or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
