About the Role: Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Timings: Night Shift - 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Required) Benefit: Free Dinner Subsidized Cab facility for coming to the office for Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM) Free Cab facility for going home from the office for the Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM) Job Description - Digital Adoption Specialist - Onboarding Specialist Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Adoption Specialist who will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of the product with our clients. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of this platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support. In this role, you will: ● Work with our global customers to identify their target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption ● Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently ● Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers ● Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users Required Expertise ● 2 to 6 years of experience in any of the following domains - Instructional Design, 2 to 6 years of experience in any of the following domains: Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Software Development. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, understand the purpose of various customer business and enterprise applications, processes, and user personas. ● Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with an inclination to solve issues, bottlenecks, and problems with an analytical mindset. ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Skills ● Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies. ● Experience in one or more industry verticals, such as IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Oil and Gas. ● You have proven experience in successfully onboarding customers, end-users, and employees onto a variety of enterprise Saa S applications. Your background isn't limited to one type of software; you know how to adapt to different platforms and user needs. ● You possess exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, allowing you to accurately sense and understand a customer's true needs, wants, and underlying pain points. You excel at looking past the surface-level request to find the real problem. ● Familiarity with other enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, HCM, etc., such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc., would be an added advantage. ● Knowledge of Java Script, CSS, HTML will be an advantage
