Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Administrator to support the day-to-day IT operations of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of IT systems and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will assist with user support, system maintenance, and coordination of digital tools across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Maintenance

  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for laptops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Assist in managing network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN) and peripheral devices.
  • Help with setting up new systems and configuring software for employees.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment or service requirements.

Email & User Management

  • Support the creation, update, and deactivation of email accounts via Google Workspace.
  • Help maintain internal documentation and records of user access and devices.

Event & Media Coordination

  • Support IT logistics during internal events (e.g., presentations, internet setup).
  • Organize and maintain digital assets including photos and videos of events.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, accessories, software licenses).
  • Assist in keeping system and support logs updated for internal audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of hardware, networking, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be available to work from the office on a regular basis.
  • Must be fluent in English; Kannada is optional. Knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage to support multi-location coordination.
