The role will be designated as 'Associate - Front End Operations'.
Key Responsibility Area :
Product Listing - List products on BuyKaro and other e-commerce websites owned by the company. Listings should be of high quality without compromising on the time taken. Should be able to write highly optimized product titles and descriptions. Accuracy and efficiency both are extremely critical.
Users should not have any query after going through the listing. Continuous competitor research to see how listings are being made better. Usage of AI tools to make the process easier.
Website Optimization - All inventories on the website are to be optimized for best conversions - homepage, collection page, creatives on the website. This will involve working with other team members to look at data, ongoing sales, get high quality creatives made.
Will also be responsible for making sales and campaigns live, handling errors. The work may involve working occasionally at odd hours and weekends.
Reporting - Compile various reports from Shopify and other platforms to send reports to Finance team for payments and reconciliation
Automation - Automating the recurring tasks with the helps of engineering teams and using tools, including AI based
Must-Haves :
Experience : 1-3 years of experience + experience in product listings, preferrably on Shopify
Education : Graduate in any stream
Proficient in MS Excel
Good communication Skills : Both written and oral
Strong attention to Detail
Should be extremely good with logics to be able to automate tasks with engineering team
Should be willing and constantly exploring new tools
Prior knowledge of Shopify is a plus
