Job Description :
We are seeking a talented Salesforce + Ncino Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and customizing Salesforce and Ncino applications to meet business requirements.
This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce and Ncino implementations.
- Design and implement custom solutions using Salesforce and Ncino platform features, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and Ncino, as well as with other third-party systems, using APIs and middleware tools.
- Configure and customize Ncino's Bank Operating System (BOS) to meet specific business needs, including loan origination, underwriting, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers and administrators.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, including investigating root causes and implementing solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce and Ncino platform updates and new features, evaluating their potential impact and recommending adoption where applicable.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
