Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a specialization in the nCino Banking System to join our dynamic team.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and design, coupled with extensive hands-on experience implementing nCino's managed package in financial institutions.


This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and strategic thinking to support our mission of delivering superior banking solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design and implementation of nCino solutions, ensuring they meet our business requirements and are delivered on time.


- Develop high-quality Salesforce Apex code, Lightning components, and implement advanced automation using Process Builder, Flow, and other Salesforce tools.


- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions.


- Provide expertise in nCino's Commercial Banking managed package, including modules such as Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity Management, Credit Memo, Covenant, and Collateral.


- Ensure best practices are followed in data integrity, testing, and deployment methods within Salesforce and nCino environments.


- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to elevate the team's overall expertise.


- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce and nCino features, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.


Qualifications :


- 7-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, including deep expertise in Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.


- Extensive hands-on experience with the nCino Banking System, particularly in implementing its Commercial Banking managed package.


- Strong understanding of financial services workflows and regulatory requirements as they relate to CRM and loan origination systems.


- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.


- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- Salesforce and nCino certifications are highly desirable.
