Overview The SAP PSwith CATS and Time Writing Consultant plays a crucial role inimplementing customizing and supporting SAP Project Systems (PS)with CrossApplication Time Sheet (CATS) and Time Writing solutionsfor our organization. This position is vital in ensuring thesuccessful integration and optimization of these SAP modules toeffectively manage project resources time tracking and costcontrol.KeyResponsibilities
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to understand business requirements and translate theminto SAP PS CATS and Time Writingsolutions
  • Configure and customize SAP PS CATSand Time Writing modules to meet specific project and time trackingneeds
  • Provide technical expertise inintegrating SAP PS with CATS and Time Writing with other SAPmodules
  • Lead workshops and training sessionsfor end users and project teams
  • Participate inall phases of the project lifecycle from requirements gathering topostimplementation support
  • Identify systemimprovement opportunities and provide recommendations foroptimization
  • Resolve complex technical issuesrelated to SAP PS CATS and Time Writingintegration
  • Create and maintain technicaldocumentation
  • Conduct system testing and assistin system integration testing
  • Stay updated withSAP PS CATS and Time Writing module enhancements and bestpractices
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless integration and dataaccuracy
  • Provide ongoing support andmaintenance for SAP PS CATS and Time Writingsolutions
  • Assist in the evaluation andselection of thirdparty solutions for complementaryfunctionalities
  • Participate in project planningand scoping activities
  • Assist in thedevelopment of project timelines and resourceplanning
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems Engineering or relatedfield
  • 5 years of experience in SAP PS CATS andTime Writing module implementation andsupport
  • Proven experience in at least twofullcycle SAP PS implementations
  • Strongunderstanding of SAP ERP and integration with SAP PS CATS and TimeWriting
  • Proficiency in SAP PS configuration andcustomization
  • Experience with CATS and TimeWriting configuration and integration with SAPPS
  • Expertise in SAP PS and CATS data structuresand master data management
  • Knowledge of SAP PSCATS and Time Writing reporting andanalytics
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving andanalytical abilities
  • Ability to workeffectively in a collaborative teamenvironment
  • Project management skills andexperience
  • Relevant SAP certifications will bea plus
  • Experience in consulting andclientfacing roles
  • Ability to travel as perproject requirements
