Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Relationship Manager to engage with schools, interact with clients, and gather valuable feedback on the functionality and effectiveness of our Bidyut Innovation Labs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with schools and educators.

Role & responsibilities

Visit partner schools regularly to assess the performance and effectiveness of robotics labs.

Engage with school principals, teachers, and staff to collect feedback on lab usage and outcomes.

Identify areas for improvement and communicate client concerns to the internal team for resolution.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools to ensure satisfaction.

Conduct demonstrations and presentations to help schools maximize their use of Bidyuts technology.

Represent Bidyut Innovation as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive client engagement and trust.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage confidently with school representatives.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Customer-focused approach with active listening and solution-oriented mindset.

Presentable and professional demeanor.

Basic knowledge of educational technology and robotics (preferred but not mandatory).

Willingness to travel locally for school visits.
