Job Summary The Process & ClickUp Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimise ClickUp for project management, task tracking, and cross-team operational workflows. This role focuses heavily on improving internal processes, implementing structured SOPs, and enhancing team productivity across all departments. Key Responsibilities 1. ClickUp Administration Configure and manage Workspaces, Spaces, Folders, Lists, custom fields, views, dashboards, and permissions. Manage user access, team structures, and role-based configurations. Build, maintain, and optimise automation rules using ClickUp Automations, Zapier, Make, or API integrations. Troubleshoot ClickUp-related issues and support users across the organisation. Integrate ClickUp with external tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, HubSpot, Jira, etc. Create and maintain templates for tasks, docs, workflows, and project structures. 2. Process Management Design, document, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to standardise workflows. Facilitate sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, and process review meetings. Conduct periodic audits to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements. Ensure process compliance and train teams on ClickUp usage & best practices. 3. Reporting & Documentation Create dashboards and reports for leadership to track KPIs, project progress, and team performance. Support teams with insights for retrospectives, OKRs, reviews, and performance analysis. Maintain up-to-date documentation within ClickUp Docs (SOPs, templates, workflows, processes). Required Skills & Qualifications Experience 2+ years in task management administration, project coordination, or process management. Core Skills Strong understanding of task management systems (ClickUp preferred): Views, Automations, Dashboards, Workspaces, Permissions. Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Experience driving process improvements and workflow optimization. Technical Skills Comfort with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or basic API usage (preferred). Understanding of system integrations across productivity, development, and CRM tools.
