The ideal candidate will have 46 years ofhandson experience with Oracle Data Integrator demonstratingexpertise in designing developing and maintaining ETL processes anddata integration solutions. As an ODI Developer you will play acrucial role in building and maintaining efficient data integrationsolutions to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ETL Development: Designdevelop and maintain ETL processes using Oracle DataIntegrator.
  • DataIntegration: Integrate data from various sources into aunified data warehouse ensuring data quality andconsistency.
  • PerformanceOptimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance andefficiency.
  • Data Modeling: Collaborate with data architects and analysts to design andimplement data models.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot andresolve issues related to data integration and ETLprocesses.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes data flowsand data mappings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely withbusiness analysts project managers and other stakeholders tounderstand requirements and deliver effective data integrationsolutions.
  • QualityAssurance: Develop and execute unit tests and participatein system and integration testing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updatedwith the latest industry trends technologies and best practices andintegrate them into the development process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Experience: 46 yearsof experience in data integration and ETL development with a strongfocus on Oracle Data Integrator.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
    • Experience with Oracle databases and data warehousingconcepts.
    • Familiarity with other ETL tools anddata integration methodologies.
    • Knowledge ofversion control systems such as Git.
  • Analytical Skills: Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • TeamPlayer: Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.

PreferredSkills:

  • Experience withOracle BI tools.
  • Knowledge of other databasetechnologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud data integrationplatforms.
