Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program/Project Manager to oversee and monitor JSS’ strategic initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of various cross-functional projects across finance, marketing, service delivery, logistics, HR, sales, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and help implement Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).- Document initiatives, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), tasks, and activities led by various leaders.- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure progress.- Establish project milestones and drive the identification and delivery of key deliverables.- Govern execution by monitoring the progress of multiple cross-functional initiatives and documenting progress in approved tools.- Establish and monitor cross-functional dependencies and interdependencies.- Maintain daily communication with various stakeholders as needed.- Establish and drive regular reviews, both one-on-one and organizationally.- Track and manage risks and issues, escalating them- Create various reports as required.- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English- Excellent communication skills.- Self-motivated and able to work independently.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.- MBA preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
