Job Summary:
The National e-Governance Division (Ne GD) is seeking a skilled and experienced Dev Ops Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating deployment processes, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. This role is crucial in supporting the development and deployment of e-governance applications under the Digital India initiative, contributing to the enhancement of public service delivery through technology.

Job Description (JD)
The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Sup Tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams and drive program success. The Program Director will work closely with stakeholders to define program objectives, manage resources, and ensure timely, compliant, and within-budget project delivery. Regular responsibilities include conducting program reviews, risk assessments, and providing performance insights to the executive team. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory compliance, program management, and stakeholder communication within the technology or financial services sector.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Program Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute program strategy in alignment with the organization’s mission, ensuring all projects meet Sup Tech standards and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to align program goals with regulatory expectations and client needs.
Cross-functional Leadership: Oversee multiple teams, ensuring coordination across departments like Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Data Science to meet program milestones.
Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all program deliverables adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, conducting regular risk assessments and audits.
Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently across projects, managing the budget to ensure financial objectives are met and reporting on variances.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs for program performance, track progress, and present regular reports to the executive team, including insights, challenges, and improvement areas.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
Desirable Skills and Certificates
PMP (Project Management Professional), Pg MP (Program Mgmt.) desirable
