JOB DESCRIPTION

Sr. Engineer- Battery Validation and testing

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This position is with the HEV Department of Sun Mobility

QUALIFICATION

The candidate should be Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical with 7-9 year's of experience in the Battery Validation and testing.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DVVP prepartion,Validation,testing planning & execution

1.Understanding of validation process lab & vehicle level

2. Knowledge about the EV battery/Swapping stations/Battery handling system /Vehicle systems/component/Electronics/Electrical/Control SW

3. Understanding of components level function & DVP evaluation

4. Detailed DVVP preparation for component/system/vehicle level

5. Coordination between internal teams, external labs & customers

6. Validation execution, monitoring, results analysis and reports preparation

7. To plan for necessary resources for execution of validation

General Requirements

1. Problem Solving skills

2. Good analytical skills

3. Good understanding of mechanical/Electricals/Electronics system
