Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical equipment used in adhesive production, including pumps, mixers, reactors, and conveying systems.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Performing preventive maintenance tasks to prolong equipment lifespan and maintain safety standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing improvements and modifications to mechanical systems to enhance reliability and performance.
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation of work performed.
