Position : Dialysis Technician

Qualification : Diploma In Dialysis Technician

Location : Kanpur & Lucknow

Experience : 2 + Years

Roles & Responsibility :

• Assist Nephrologists to set up, operate, and monitor machines and related equipments to provide dialysis treatment for patients in accordance with standard procedures and techniques.
• Maintenance and upkeep of all related equipments of the department.
• Prepare patients for dialysis treatment which includes obtaining and recording vital signs, drawing blood samples, change dressings as required.
• Monitor patients condition during dialysis to include taking blood pressure readings and performing tests on blood samples; administer oxygen and give blood transfusions as required.
• Disconnect and clean machines; obtain and record patients post dialysis vital signs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies; reorder as required.
• To maintain effective communication and ensure that the patient is properly informed and prepared for the test and procedure.
• Train and educate subordinates on working of all equipment of the department.
• Take active part in departmental quality initiatives.
• Generation of departmental MIS.
• To monitor the quality of water being supplied to the machines.
• To attend to emergencies during and after working hours.
