join Our Team – Management Trainee (WFH)

  • Bhanzu (formerly Exploring Infinities) is hiring passionate and driven individuals to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced edtech environment.

  • Role: Management Trainee

  • Work Mode: Work from Home
  • Duration: 1-month training with opportunity for full-time role
  • Stipend: ₹18,000 during training
  • CTC post-training: Up to ₹3.6 LPA
  • 10/12 HOURS WORKING

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking
  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present the benefits of our products and services
  • Collecting and maintaining client information in the CRM
  • Make calls to clients and respond to call-back requests
  • Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
  • Converting potential leads to attend the trail Classes.
  • Make potential leads understand our courses and clarify their doubts
