Responsibilities:


•Be responsible to lead the financial strategy in alignment with Company’s objective leading to diversified revenue streams with profitable growth

•Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, audit procedures and industry standards

•Risk assessment and mitigation plan, review new strategic initiatives, partner with the business to identify new exploration and mining opportunities across the globe

•Develop innovative commercial model to monetize decades of exploration experience

•Partner with treasury to manage banking relations for the company

•Prepare the company for IPO over the next 3-4 years

•Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to financial and operational goals


Desired Attributes:


•Qualification - CA/ MBA with 8+ years of experience

•3 years of experience in Startup Environment
