Responsibilities -


  • Lead the design and development of large-scale web applications using React.js framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
  • Develop technical architecture and system designs, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Review and optimize existing code to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, working closely with the development team.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the testing, deployment, and maintenance phases of projects.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Developer/Lead or similar role, with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing large-scale web applications using React.js framework. With a total experience of 4+years.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Thug.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in React.js and front-end development
